OK so being new to the hobby I went to Fall-In to find out what era I want to collect and play. I decided on the Roman era. I like the Xyston roman figs but am having a hard time finding Samnite figs. Any suggestions? |

Xyston's Italiote range: link Figure manufacturers use "Samnite" and "Oscan" interchangeably. Samnites were one of several Italian peoples speaking an Oscan language. The Campanian hoplite pack should mix in fine with the others; just switch around scuta, or order some extra ones to replace the round hoplite shield, if you like. Allen |
