Who manufactures plastic bases? I like the ones that I got from Valent Studios. Square bases in both 20mm and 25mm with slightly rounded corners. Since the service from Valent is sketchy, I was hoping to order bulk from the manufacturer. Otherwise are there folks out there doing plastic bases in bulk?

Thanks,

Synjin

If you're O.K. with identically sized wooden bases, you can get them in virtually any size from litko:

Litko sells any size in plastic, also, in a variety of colors.

GW sells them, as does Perry miniatures.

Anyone know of a vendor selling GW 40 and 50mm square bases? I've been quoted AUD$7 for 5 40mm, and AUD$7 for 3 50mm if I buy them from GW Australia.

That is a MIGHTY rip off.

I wanted some hex style bases for battletech and boy are these expensive anyone know any sources for these?

We can certainly supply bases in bulk at a discount. Also, if you have a particular style you want that you haven't seen anywhere we can even get them made for you. The initial tooling cost is high but, if we think there would be good sales for your base, we may consider sharing the tooling cost with you.

Contact me at enquiries@em4miniatures.com.

Synjin, if I'm thinking of the same thing you are, Crocodile Games use those bases for their Wargods range. They're also available in 25x50 and 40x40 sizes. Reaper occasionally used them for some of their Warlord minis.

Try emailing Crocodile Games and asking where they get them from.

@Doug em4miniatures

This has been asked before I'm sure but I can't find it. Do you have a US distributor and/or if we order direct, what are shipping costs and time to the US?

Does anyone know of a source for 25 mm plastic hex bases and both low and high flying stands similar to what Valent used to sell? We need to restock for our miniatures line, but can't find a supplier that sells what we are looking for.
