I took advantage of their 20% off sale at Dragonblood miniatures and ordered the Mosasaur of the Inner Sea and the Outlaw Queen models. Order was placed on October 30th and received on the 5th of November. Communication was good and shipping reasonable. The Mosasaur is one of the finest resin models I have ever seen. How they achieved the detail in the mouth without casting the head in two pieces is beyond me. The left fin, which is the only piece that requires assembly, fits well and with very little trimming. The Outlaw Queen was mainly ordered to meet the minimum to get the discount. I liked the look of the fig don't get me wrong, but how many half naked female warriors does one mini collection need? I was pleased with the actual model in that it came with the decorative bit of rock she was standing on. Yeah I might have realized this if I had looked a bit harder, but it was a nice surprise. The model has very little or no mold line which is great and the forearms holding the sword part fits well onto the model. A good experience overall. The package was marked that it had come from Fantization miniatures which I have had no-mini-for-a-long-time-give-me-my-money-back problems with in the past and I would have had second thoughts about the order if I knew it was in their hands. Everything turned out good despite my past experience. |

"but how many half naked female warriors does one mini collection need?" This seems to be a rhetorical question the answer is surely there can never be too many. |
