Starships, space stations, cities wracked by nuclear war, whatever. Full free SF adventures would also be cool.

There are some "deck plans" for smaller spaceships on the Traveller Yahoo Groups, and on the Mongoose Publishing site.

The Star Wars site "The Holocron" has quite a lot of high quality stuff that will likely fit your description.

Check out shuffler 2.2 availabble at RPGnow. Software allows you to create your own floorplans from a library of objects (sci-fi & modern). 2.2 version prints maps in 28mm and 15mm scales. I just started playing around with it myself, but feel it will be great for portable 2D terrain, especially while on travel.
