I know of Dixon's nice Dahomey range that includes French Foreign Legion & Marines, but are there any others?

Primarily, I'm looking for pith helmeted infantry without a purpose built equipment belts like this

Askari has some french infantry with pith helmets, but they're in marching poses, & not terribly combative.

Also, any idea what the difference is between Dixon's FFL & Marine figures?

Thanks

Have you considered the various Boxer Rebellion lines: Old Glory, Redoubt? They have leggings, rather than loose trousers.

Thanks, good idea. Unfortunately, Redoubt doesn't have any pith helmeted French, & I don't need the full 30 figures that Old Glory's packs come in.

But I will start looking for other Boxer lines.
