Wow, the head swap really softens the look of the figures up. Very nice work. How much work was involved in popping off the attached heads?

Heads aren't attached on the the later sculpts. I did convert the figure kneeling opening the pack by cutting off the original head using a dremel, repairing the body armour with putty and adding the new head.
