I was hoping they would release this. These are the two flat pieces that you get with the 6 piece set and you can now buy them separately. This will make your 6x4 table into a 8x4 table or if you buy a few of them you can make it could even be a 6x6 foot table. I have the basic table and was thinking about possibly getting another one, but the thing that has delayed me is the fact that I don't need any more of the hill pieces and the table is a majority of those. With more flat pieces it will allow your 6x4 table to be even more modular or allow you to make bigger tables. |

I'm really glad these are coming out as they will greatly improve the layout options! The flat sections are by far the most useful extras. Surprising us with something new would be nice too. :-) |

I guess that should be "now available for preorder." I'd love to see some more and different pieces come out as well. One thing that would be great would be some pieces that have rivers in them. Or even some smaller hills, like little mounds in one piece or something. |

Are the flat ones the ones with the cracked earth and puddles of skulls all over (i.e., the ones which make the boards useless with Epic, Warmaster, or anything 15mm)? |

They are the same ones as in the original set. Just fill in the puddles of skulls. |

I filled em with superglue and model railroad ballast. Also around the bones next to the cliff sides. No bones or skulls on mine and it looks great. |

I have made some terrain boards that I like, and they were cheaper. But I keep looking at these ones and thinking about how much less space they would take because they stack

"i.e., the ones which make the boards useless with Epic, Warmaster, or anything 15mm)?" I use mine with 15mm, 10mm and historical stuff all the time. Just fill the skull puddles in or put terrain pieces on top of them. |

I'll get these for more options, but I'd really like more ridge/ cliff sections to allow more varied hills etc. Also, rivers/ waterfalls. I changed the skullz to rock with some plaster, looks good IMHO (I had photos on the Last Alliance website before it imploded) |

Pictors, I belive the intention is to use these boards in conjunction with the Citadel Gaming Hill and Modular Gaming Hill*, so making new boards with more hills on is unlikely. Rivers would be handy, though. *The elevated boards in the Realm Of Battle set are cunningly designed so the Modular Gaming Hill pieces fit on top. |

"Just fill the skull puddles in or put terrain pieces on top of them." One local example did this with PVA. Just enough to make them look like rocks instead of skulls. Not painting them distinctively also helps a lot. |
