A rather nice very busy day today which saw the completion of 3 SF armies for use with Future War Commander. Miniatures from Exodus Wars and Ground Zero Games all feature. Photos are here – link |

Well it looks like you've been slacking a bit Phil, only 3 armies now come on pull your finger out
. Seriously, nice looking force there. Regards Pablo '66' |

I am in awe. Very nice job. I especially like the overall "red v.s. blue" theme you have going for two of the forces.:) |

Oh, man
I've never been interested in the 6mm Kra'vaks before, but now I feel like I really need a force of those. Thanks a lot, Phil! Can I ask you which tanks these are, too? picture |

Those are some fantastic forces you have there, my favorites being the last. Shininess aside, those might be one of the more effective camo-schemes you've done. Very nice! Javlin98, those are Puma Grav Tanks (DF-T14), sir. Great tanks, with a honking big main-gun.

Yup they are Puma's, lovely little tank. Thanks for the comments folks :) They are all a bit too shiney for my liking. Normally I'd gloss varnish and then matt over the top, but I hadn't realised that I'd run out of Matt! As soon as more turns up i'll sort them out! |

Any time. And shiny or not, they make me look askance at my just-primed force of C-in-C 6x6s that will be stand-ins for some Slammers goodness
as in, "why aren't you painted yet!?" |

The shinyness heretic is here to comment. I have a ton of 6mm painted shiny and I likes em. You could leave them the way they are. Baccus went part way into this philosopy with their Command Horizon fluff. They hypothesize that sensors have gotten so good that camo schemes are immaterial. You could say the same for dull finishes. |

It makes sense, in a weird way. "Camouflage is the color of cowardice!"--Carab Culln, Chapter Master of the Red Scorpions. That said, no matter how advanced the ECM tech is, at some point, you still have to deal with the MK1 Eyeball. And the human eye is in no way fooled by electro-magnetic rubbish! |

still using the mark 1 eye huh. |
