I had some doubts about ordering from Monolith Designs after reading some comments here, so emailed them. Jim who is running it at the moment assured me the items would get to me ASAP – even to Australia. I'm pleased to say he was right and I received all the items very quickly. Communication was excellent and I'm pleased with the items. Well done Jim and Monolith Designs. |

My gripes with Monolith Design are with the previous management….BUT because my experience was so thoroughly awful I can no longer send money in that direction. Jim may be A-Okay, but on principal the whole company can go into the toilet. Sounds cruel I know, but I was treated very badly. |

Well if Jim wants to make things right, and prove the company is on the right track he can contact me. Otherwise I have to assume nothing has changed. |
