That's a beautiful board! This string should have been cross posted to the "pulp" group. The members there would love to see this.

WarWizard30 Oct 2009 7:10 a.m. PST

>>What Con is that where you can have beer?<<

Dunno where that one is, but you can drink beer openly at Historicon and Cold Wars in Lancaster PA, and at Recon and Hurricon in Florida.

guinness Brilliant! Your village square is magnifico!
I greatly desire the Boot Hill figures. I've delayed ordering from England due to the Royal Mail strike--any news on that?

combatpainter Fezian30 Oct 2009 8:41 a.m. PST

Postage strike still on, but international mail seems to be getting out ok.

The con is BLAM – British Lead Adventure meeting held here in old Blighty and yes we drank beer all weekend. :)

I really liked la señora. Cool stuff! This is the best Boot Hill advertisement I have seen so far. Well done! Will definitely get on board and order those figures.

Oh, very nice!
I just re-signed for the Old Glory Army, just to get the Zorro figures (well a few other things too!).
The Blue Moon figures are very tall however! Thanks, Rob.

Anyone know how Boot Hill compares to Artizans range of Texians and Mexicans?

Wow! great buildings, outstanding.

Toshach30 Oct 2009 7:42 p.m. PST

Man. I am really jealous. I want that whole layout…every piece.

The minis are really nice. So far I have the Zorro and the Capitan and Sargent Garcia packs.

Mr Brightside30 Oct 2009 8:15 p.m. PST

All very cool. Looked a lot like the opening scene from The Mask of Zorro. How did those Presidials miss our dashing hero all those times?

malamute02 Nov 2009 2:35 a.m. PST

Comrade Commissar,

The figures blend perfectly with Artizan. They are very similar proportions so you will be able to mix and match them both.

Mister Rab03 Nov 2009 6:57 a.m. PST

That is quite superb. Bravo!

Mister Rab03 Nov 2009 8:39 a.m. PST

Darnit! I have spent the last half hour idly planning how I'd build a similar town, which miniatures etc etc.

No – the Pledge must hold…..

Mister Rab04 Nov 2009 3:22 a.m. PST

Did you make the buildings? If so, what method did you use – they look fabulous!
