Any suggestions for village militias in 15mm.
Late 19th century prefered.

You might be able to start with Tyrolian rebels from the Napoleonic ranges. For a later period you might want to remove some of the plumes.

For the Balkans, various Turkish irregulars would be good. And if anybody makes 15mm Landsturm, they'd serve in more northerly climes. Maybe even Russian partisans. Clothing styles were a lot more static in rural areas than in the cities or the armed forces.
