..what was postage like to Australia? |

Hi FM Postage to Australia was reasonable. I must stress however I insist on OG using USPS rather than their "default" postal service provider. I've never had reason to doubt USPS, and they are (more often than not) cheaper. I also combined this order with other items I purchased using my OG Amy card, so all-in-all postage costs were OK. The Aussie Dollar is pretty strong at the moment also, so that helped. Oh, and service from the team at OG was excellent, (as usual)! Cheers |

Hi, You are right. I am doing the same. I have already finished the figures. I will post some pictures tomorrow. I've been delayed as I recently improved (vastly!) my basing and I want to show that off. Cheers Neil reinforcementsbypost.com (painting service) |

Sorry to hear about your car. Mine is a disaster. The front right suspension on mine went yesterday. Now I need to fight not to turn right as I'm driving. A mini van hit my car in the left rear last week compressing the left side. Still driving around in it as I have to move house quite soon and repairs will take a while. |

Front right tyre came away from the suspension causing me to sleeeew to a stop in the middle of the road. I was lucky traffic was relatively light. It is easy to be killed here. Now I know something more about that whole suspension mechanism. As always in Bangladesh, I had a dozen helpers in a minute and got the car to the side of the road. I'd broken down next to the cop shop. Inside I spoke to the officer in charge who pointed me at someone who was able to call a break down truck. I had to draw a diagram to explain what I wanted. It turned out all break down trucks are government property and only used to pull vehicles away from accidents TO the police station. One of the cops from the station put a good word in for me. As a foreigner you always get star treatment here. The tow truck dragged my old beast down the road to a workshop. Luckily this wasn't far and wasn't across a main road, because the police man in charge of the truck was afraid of being spotted. I slipped him some thank you money. Just got back to my house now. Car is in workshop being repaired. Typical drama for me in Bangladesh. I should publish my diary. |
