Hi Chris I have enjoyed your blog. Just out of interest I see you have used the Firing line generic heads? From your experience do you think they would mix well on Victrix models? |

Hubbynz, I've not used the FL heads with Victrix
but I just took one and dry-fitted it to a Victrix body and it looked ok, expensive way of going about things though for a whole unit (FL heads work out at 50p each), especially when Victrix are so well served for heads anyway, I'm not sure about the bond of plastic to metal, can't see any reason why it wouldn't stick. If you were just going to use the odd different barehead or different bicorne (FL do some nice ones with plumes), or perhaps a few colpacked heads it would look good. If you do any I'd love to see the results. |

I have ordered some of the generic ACW heads to add to my Victrix Brits for some extra character and variety to spice them up a bit. |
