has anyone else had problems with these guys? I placed a small order back in early August. Their website states that it was shipped within a couple of days – great. It's now November (near as damn it), and despite several emails (and one very brief response saying they were 'researching' it, about a month back), nothing. No replies, no shipment received. They charge a standard USD$25 fee for shipping to 'rest of the world', which includes Australia. Fair enough, but that's enough to cover door-to-door delivery by courier (the package was nine packs of 15mm – not a huge or heavy item). Anyone else had any dealings with these guys?

I've never had a problem with them, but then I'm in the US. Hopefully some more gamers from down under will let you know how things went with them. They are also regulars on TMP, so for whatever reason the e-mails didn't work, they'll most likely respond from here.

Try email again or call them by phone – get skype and it won't cost you anything to make the call.

I know Baxter moved to a new location about a month or so ago.

Never had a problem. I know they have a big undertaking with the acquisition of the other company and all their inventory. Try calling.

I have and I live a few states over…GOOD LUCK!!! Will never order from them again. Great sales, not worth the stress on waiting for several months to get your stuff…let alone getting it right!

If you have a problem, we would like to resolve it.

You can either post your order number here, or email us.
There is a drop down menu on the contact section of website called problem desk which goes to my personal email or you can email me direct at Nancebti @aol.com

One item you did not mention was whether you were charged for the errant shipment. (I sincerely doubt it.) If you were ordering closeout items, they may no longer be available.

Wargames does have flat rate shipping
As stated on the website:
"International Orders are $25 USD (small volumne discount may be available)" So if your order fits in a smaller flat rate box you will be charged $13. USD

Please contact us to resolve your problem.

As per the posting immediately above, we now seem to have resolved the problem, at least in so far as clearing up what appears to have happened. Because the items I ordered were 'close outs', I think I'm unlikely to see very much of the order, but that's life. Pity, because I was wanting to get a feel for a range and a period I'm thinking of moving into sometime soon, but there you have it. Let me add that I have no problem with flat rate postage charges to the outer spiral arm of the galaxy out here – again, fact of life. We are a long way away from the centres of the hobby in the rest of the Anglosphere, including, obviously, figure manufacturers and suppliers, and that can't be helped.
