I would love to see Rebel Minis expand their night-vision goggle "Modern Spy" range to include multiple poses that could be used as modern/near future cyber-ninjas of sorts: link link Watch this short clip, to get a sense of the general "feel" they should have: YouTube link YouTube link YouTube link Longer clip: YouTube link Images: picture picture Each sleek pose should, of course, have a combination of assorted modern weapons (pistols plus other firearms) and a few blades (short swords would be great). Climbing gear also, for those special assignments. Imagine a dozen of them penetrating a corporate or a secret government facility, or carrying out an assassination mission in the middle of the night? What do you guys think? Should we ask Rebel Mike for something like that? CC |

Kremlin Miniatures does Cyber-Ninjas: link Don't be put off by their primitive website, I've ordered from them and their service is great. You just have to email them your order, and they can send a paypal invoice. And they have free shipping, even to the US!! (You just have to buy a minimum of £10). |

Interesting! OK First, the Blade link is an awesome fight scene, and living proof of the TV trope: "Never bring a gun to a knife fight." With that out of the way. YES, I totally love that spy figure. I wish there were more versions/poses etc. and would gladly buy a box. Ideal cyber-ninjas should be like the blade ones: with cyber-masks, lithe, trim bodies (including some recognizable females) and skintight nano-ninja garb. IE Much like Rebel Mike's offering. Ivan, those are interesting figures, I'll have to take a look. They look a bit baggy in the image on the site. |

Wellspring: "Ideal cyber-ninjas should be like the blade ones: with cyber-masks, lithe, trim bodies (including some recognizable females) and skintight nano-ninja garb. IE Much like Rebel Mike's offering." I agree wholeheartedly with that description, particularly the skintight garb. I think Mike captured the concept perfectly with his one pose: link I would love to see a half dozen additional poses though, but with silencer weapons and blades (using the latest in modern tech, but not too futuristic): YouTube link picture But, instead of being just thieves and spies, they could be used as assassins and high-tech special infiltration teams. Anyone else out there feel the same? CC |

I've started sculpting some for my own uses but I've also received a trial order from a well known 10mm manufacturer to produce some sci-fi ranges for him. At a pinch, when he casts my 10mm forces I'll put up the idea of him reviewing my 15mm ninjas and maybe doing a cast of them. If it works out, I'd love to share my work with others as they're coming along quite alright S. |

S, Awesome. Can't wait to find out what kind of look you have envisioned for your "ninjas". Any hints? Dan |
