I ordered the Tesla miniature from this new comapny and it arrived in a timely manner. I was completely awed by the quality of this casting. It's magnificent. I believe this is a true 25mm and will not go well with my 28s. Still this is some of the best casting I've seen in the hobby, painting will be a rewarding challenge.

I was a tad bummed to see them 25mm also, but I found a way around it.

I cut off (not grind away) the base around the foot, leaving the "foot base" on. Then I base it normally. The Able and Tesla fig looks good that way…

And you are right. Great looking figs!!!

Thank you kindly for the praise, gentlemen.

One slight point, if I may. These are not 25mm miniatures; they are 28mm from the sole of the feet to the top of the head. Some, such as the Police "Sergeant" are 30-31mm, but most are 28mm. Tiny Wo is, of course, 22mm. I believe our upcoming Mata Hari is slightly shorter, but she's also done to 28mm scale.

They were sculpted with scale reference figures from Pulp Figures (the beautiful range from Bob Murch) as a reference point. I have found, since that they mix well with Brigade Games and Musketeer Miniatures. Artizan seems to work, as well, but i have limited examples from the range, and I am told that some are now trending toward 32-34mm tall.

Some confusion may arise from the fact that they have slim proportions – not so slim as, for example, AE WW2, but slim along the lines of Pulp, etc.. rather than bulked up miniatures seen in some ranges.

As for basing, I use 25mm diameter laser cut bases from Litko. They work beautifully, and they tend to equalize heights with some of the larger figures. The bases were made purposefully minimal, so that you can base them as you like.
