I watched the LotL marathons that ran just before the movie came out, so was thinking about the same thing. They'd be a fun race to have for pulp/lost world games.

There is a Dreamblade CMG miniature called a hive Pincer that could pass for a more "realistic" sleestak. You would probably have to try E-bay… etc to find any but it's a thought.
