Excellent. I like the rapids in the lower photo – the water effect is brilliant. |

The pictures bring back many fond memories of the WHC, but some of the figures look like grizzled veterans on campaign. Does Gerry add new units from time to time. Wonderful looking terrain. |

I recall vividly playing at the WHC with Peter Gilder in the 80s. Marvelous. |

Great terrain and amazed at the number of figures, how big is the table and what rules do you use. John |

Great photos. I was wondering about table size too. The map shows 9 squares by 5, but not sure of the size of the squares (2 x 2?). |

My recollection is that the terrain squares are 3ft square. They also have 3x1s or 3x2 rectangles. There are two 6ft by 27ft tables and one 3ft by 27ft table. Rules are, what else, In The Grand Manner. |

Fritz is bang on the money as ever, ITGM, table actually 28' x 15 (theres a 1' insert at one end) He is always adding new stuff, and refurbishing old (claims he "needs" 3 of everything in the interests of "rotation") Latest additions that I know of are all new skirmishers for the French, Russians and Prussians (just the 900 odd figures) and lots of wierd French Allied Heavy cavalry (Westfalians, Bavarian Cuiraissier).Plus a constant trickle of replacing line infantry. There were a load of newish Westfalian infantry in the game we played – I'll put some pics in my next report. When you have over 50,000 I suppose it's not really possible to keep everyone as spangly as one would wish. |
