I would personally like to thank Musketeer Mike for straightening out my outstanding order and wanted to inform the TMP community of what Bill did for me. After Mike contacted Bill, I got an e-mail this morning saying that my order was posted. Imagine my surprise when I then got an e-mail refunding my money and apologizing to me for the delay. I had said that I will not order from Musketeer again after this situation, but I now retract my statement. It wasn't until the last week or so that I learned of Bill's situation and I feel bad for harping on the whole deal. I was just frustrated that there was no communication – it was never about the money, I just wanted those sweet minis! So, to those who have been waiting, please step back and be patient as it is obvious that Bill is getting things together.

A pity that you did not posted this in the thread I have started. Anyway, I will quietly wait whether or not this will (at last) happen to me too. As I have said: if there was just NORMAL behavior, like informing customers, there would have never been a problem.

like I have said in the past on another thread if anyone else has any conserns about their orders just PM me here or on Bill's forum (where I am an administrator) with the order number and order date and I'll raise it with Bill via phone and get an update for you

please don't send my any other details all I need is the 4 digit order number and the date

but please remember I do not have access to Bills Musketeer email account and can't send mails out on his behalf. all i can do is call him and report back via PM, which is better then nothing I guess.

Just to say that the miniatures I ordered have arrived today, safe and sound.
So thanks again to Mike for helping out.
