I mentioned in a previous post (see link below)

that I was preparing for my annual star wars game with the hasbro unleashed battlepack figures (approx 3 inches tall).

I picked up 2 vintage 1980s Kenner AT-ATs.

I drafted up my notes for the battle. It will be a series of linked scenarios with victory conditions.

I have provided them in PDF format. Feel free to use them as fodder for ideas for your own adventures on the ICY Planet HOTH.

Ooops not the thread I thought it was…

I was scrolling quickly past and thought the tile was "Hot Bath Scenarios"

I liked the scenarios. good stuff! The credit notes were also nice. When's the game?

Thanks,

John

Hi John,

thanks.

The Game will be Sunday, December 27, 2009.

I will run it at my office. We have a big 30 foot by 15 foot room that I can easily clear out and use the floor.

Just need to pick up a few more figs and some white bedsheets and I am set. I have all the styro for the other terrain features. Not much painting to do with it being snow and all. Maybe a rocky crag with some grey and black here and there. a few boulders or so. Also need a few doors for the corridors, but can print those using publisher. I am ready to go. I might add a few more things here and there like some additional pilot figures in the hanger for the 4th scenario and a snowspeeder parked.

Also might pick up an AT-ST for the 3rd scenario and a few more antipersonnel and anti vehicle guns for the rebs.

I will use the floor and lay down a king/queen sized white bedsheet for the base level. That will measure about 8 feet by 7 feet. May get two and do a 8 feet by 14 feet sized playing area.

Suggestions?

Thanks for the PDF link! I've been collecting Wizards of the Coast Star Wars Role-Playing miniatures and the Hoth scenarios will come in handy. Good luck with your game!

That's cool.
What's the dollar for?

Custer7thcav09 Oct 2009 9:57 a.m. PST

The Galactic credit is there just because I thought it was cool.

I am actually going to copy a double sided galactic credit and insert it in the envelope with the invite to the players.

It is just for kicks.

Nice and easy--the types games that keep groups of players satisfied. The galactic credits are a nice touch, by the way.
