This is either one REALLY big dinosaur, or one wearing clown shoes.

Given the inverse-square law, its not uncommon to see very large wide footpads on animals of large size, such as those of the camel, and in that case also due to the terrain it has to deal with.

Even saying all that, it is an impressive width; I'm guessing they belong to one of the giraffe-like brachiosaurs, who got very large, or some diplodocus species.
