Thanks for the thumbs up, Larry!
Gamers will find that Casus Belli offers them a never before realized opportunity to represent their interpretation of all the great, and not so great, armies of history on the gaming board.
While we don't have the distribution list of Slitherine and Osprey, we have a rules set far superior to anything they offer, and for a lot less money. They spend a lot of money pushing their rules into a market place with many gamers realizing that the value is simply not there, and that their rules set is not a viable representation of warfare of the period it is intended to represent.
Many of the groups/distributors/magazines that endorse those other rules have a vested interest in seeing them promoted, (regardless of what they may say), regardless of the many, many, many shortcomings of their rules.
I cannot say what I would like to here as Bill objects, and since for some reason unknown to me, Bill seems to have all the business he needs (as he refuses to accept our bids for advertising here on TMP)(go figure that one out), all I can say is come see us:

Casus Belli: there is no equal in miniature rules for antiquity and the medieval age.
