I have done one 28mm Nap figure before but wasn't quite happy with it. I am trying to make my figures look 'old' somehow and this is where I have got to – I think I like this 'style' so that's a result.

It's a Front Rank figure in a fictitious French uniform

What I mean by that is I don't (yet) have any books on the subject so I chose colours that 'looked about right' and are based on some real uniforms that I found pictures of on the web but maybe not the right ones for this figure/troop type.

he looks kinda grumpy. its probably because his garters are the wrong color.

A nice looking figure indeed. I wouldn't get too bogged down with historical accuracy….as long as it's close enough for you and you're happy with it, that is all that matters.
