We just posted up a great little PDF that was developed by Mick Farnworth (Mick in Switzerland on TMP)

Basically, Mick's created full-color templates that you can print and cut out with full instructions on how to add to your Roman and Celt miniatures.

The cloak idea is a good one! They aren't eay to paint…

That is going to save a lot of time for people who want to add extra flair to their fighters. Very useful. I hadn't thought of just using paper for capes.
