I used to use the Jamis Buck one but it looks like that has been pulled or gone away.

I've searched for a new one to use but have not had much luck. Everything I'm finding is too manual, incomplete, or both.

Can anyone point me to one that is out there somewhere or possibly a location where the old Jamis Buck one is hiding?

Thanks

Sorry, I'm no help, but I used to use that thing all the time. It gave some wonky results, but just seeing what it would come up with was half the fun.

The first copies of 3.0 had a disk in the back. That can work for most "standard" applications

I've recently created a D&D3.5 NPC Generator on my website you may be interested in link
There are also 700+ precreated encounters on the encounter generator: link

Don't know if that is "too manual" or not. Characters always require customization.

Hi Dingle – I saw this before but only looked at the Monster generator which is nice.

Being a time constrained DM I would like to see the feats, equipment, etc. already assigned when I click the generate button.

Please don't take that as a complaint because what you've done is very nice and appreciated.

Jana – what am I supposed to look at off your link? I didn't see a NPC generator. Do I have to drill down somewhere to find it?

Thanks

It's nothing to do with my site but I was quite impressed with it.
I does not allow for any manipulation but does pre-generate every thing. It's only 3.0 though

Thanks again Dingle!

I looked at that one before and saw it was 3.0 and the day I was using it for some reason it would not randomly generate. Works fine now. Must not have been my lucky day.
