What kind of tanks would have been found supporting soviet naval troops? particularily in the Crimean. ( my pegasus soviet naval troops feel very naked without any armour support)

The naval brigades did not have their own integral support, but likely would have been linked to Red Army tank units during the course of operations.

Try and find out which tank brigades were serving in the Crimea. In the new Osprey Campaign book on Sevastopol the armored units in the fortress are named, but I don't remember what they were equipped with. I only glanced through the title in a book store.

During the siege of Odessa in 1941, the besieged Soviets built improvised armored vehicles on tractor chassis. I know that ShellHole Scenics makes a metal one in 1/76 scale. There may be others available in plastic or resin. Otherwise for the early war the T-26, BT-7, T-34/76, KV-1, or one of those small recon tanks might make an appearance

Yes, naval infantry were assigned armoured support from independant tank battalions/regiments/brigades/corps the same as other infantry units were. So you havew have pretty well any tanks you like (that are appropriate for peirod and theatre).

A lot of Lend Lease kit ended up down south, and Bob Mackenzies Kuban scenario has the naval infantry assault supported by 563rd separate tank bn equipped with Stuarts (landed from landing craft). Bobs scenarios are usually very well researched.

Nothing specifically on the Crimea but scroll down through this for an idea of what can be fielded.
