I've got a pile of 4 1:144 mustang kits that do not include a pilot figure. Does anyone know of somewhere that sells 1:144 seated WW2 US pilots? Will need to be a UK based supplier. Otherwise, they are very nice models: link Best idea I could come up with was to convert Peter Pig's generic WW1 pilots: picture Any good ideas much appreciated, Andy |

If you'er willing to go non-UK there are ar couple of options. Ozmods sells some generic 1/144th pilots. TMP link the down-side is that there is a minimum order requirement and S/H from Australia. Reviresco also sells some metal pilots (mostly for their WWI planes) link (3rd or 4th page of Aircraft kits) a package of 30 pilots and gunners is $7.50. -Binhan |

I've seen Ozmods mentioned in a few places before over the last few days, for 1:144 pilot figures. However between them being at the other end of the world and the fact their website has been down every time I've looked, I was hoping to find someone else or a UK stockist. I managed to track down some pictures of the figures and they look ideal: link Anyone know how much the minimum order is and what postage (to the UK) is likely to be? Thanks, Andy M |

Ozmod's link is broken. Anyone know if they are still trading or has another address for them? |

The URL on this site, and the one googling finds, is one for an aussie ISP and it looks like they have broken all the sites they host on that URL. Ozmods quote a different URL in there flyers I've seen published online, ozmods-kits.com. This has also not been working until very recently. This now re-directs to link Presumably a different and less broken ISP :-) There was also a recent new products release thingy on the home page of TMP so I think that would all suggest they are still in business. I've also spotted they do WW2 250 & 500lb bombs at 1:144, those could come in handy as model kits seems to like just including drop tanks as standard. Andy M |

Spoke to them by email yesterday, very responsive and helpful. Bombs and pilots now on order. :-) Andy M |

Sorry for chiming in on this AFTER you have ordered but I got some of their pilots last year and when comparing them to the pilot figs provided in the Bandai Wing Club kits, they seem smaller. Maybe the Bandai Wing Club is wrong, but looking at both in different cockpits I still think the ozmods pilots don't look right. |
