Well Pzgeneral and I had our first play test of my home brew rules for Dwarf Britania.
It was The Battle of Khazadlwana!
The Brits needed to hold back the Zulu's and plant the flag in the middle of the village but the Zulu chief was able to grab the flag and run it off the table for the win!
Many Zulu's fell in doing so.
The miniatures are by Old Glory

I need some ideas for British and Zulu orders.
Basically an order and effect that the commanders can give out to the units. ( Fall back! – British firing line is moved back 4" if charged ) something like that. Any ideas?

Great job, especially the Sergeant

For orders – Forward lads! British firing line moves forward 4 inches after firing
- Steady, boys! Stay in position and defend at all costs

The Fall Back is a good idea

For the Zulus

- Death! Charge at full speed toward nearest enemy unit

- The Horns will Strike! Wait sitting down until the enemy moves past, then arise and charge

- Lure them in! Retreat at 2 inches to lure the enemy in

Tsk tsk, moving after firing should be ''at them with the bayonet.'

If you want an aimed precision volley, 'Wait until you see the whites of their eyes.'

At great risk to my wallet, what make are the Dwarf British please?

Old Glory. I believe they are priced 4 for $5 USD or $6. USD

Thanks guys. The minis are allot of fun and easy to paint up.
I prime them black, paint a base coat and a highlight.
I leave a black line between each color and that's it.
The bases are 25mm slatta with GF9 gravel and GW static grass.
The miniatures are by Old Glory, 4 minis for $6 USD or $3.60 USD with army card.
