These were sculpted by Rod Campbell and painted by Chris Yaro.

I might have to have a Li Shimin figure.

Now I know where to get some Tang around here.

Lovely work.

Will there be a Li Zhe (Princess Pingyang) figure?

khurasanminiatures01 Oct 2009 12:16 p.m. PST

Sadly no. Even generals ultimately turn out to break even only after a very long time, because customers only buy a few of them yet they cost as much to make as all the other models. Princesses, oy vey! wink

Lovely detailed miniatures, and what a fantastic multi-crossbow!

I see your point. She was a decent general, a good organizer & started another front against the Sui. When her army met up with her father & brothers, she turned her troops over to them. I guess I'll have to proxy a Japanese female samurai in her place if I decide to build a T'ang army.

Those are fantastic! Makes me wish I did that scale.

No….Steve. The constant torture from Khurasanminiatures releasing those great figures/periods is bad enough. Please stay with 28mm…..please……..:-(

I would bet a beautiful Female general will sell more than a male one! (joke or not?)

Almost certainly in 28mm, but probably not in 15mm.

K, are you working on a multi-stave bow?

A friend of mine built a working tabletop version and has trouble with getting the staves light enough to not kill someone (first build had a 10" wide bowstave with a total draw between the three of them at 150lb!)
