Nice writeups as usual. I like your FoG battle reports.

Is that why you keep emailing me with offers of money then ??

Hi,

Really enjoy your battle reports…….give an excellent feel of not only the battle itself but also the discussion afterwards provides a valuable insight on what went right--and wrong.

Hi,

I am intrigued by your comments in several battle reports of the "arrow umbrella" being wielded due to the presence of the IC. I can see how the IC improves the cohesion testing, but I must be missing the FOG rules which reduce the casualties.

Can you elaborate on this point for me?

Thanks

Peter

Hi Peter

Its only the cohesion test modifier Im meaning – failing death tests for shooting is very rare anways I find, so the extra +1 (or maybe +2 given how wide his command zone is) on cohesion tests the IC provides is often material in helping units pass the tests caused by shooting.

Having a good general making your men more bullet proof is an amusing concept too :-)

Thanks. As I said earlier I really enjoy your battle reports.
