Hi, Really enjoy your battle reports
.give an excellent feel of not only the battle itself but also the discussion afterwards provides a valuable insight on what went right--and wrong. Peter |

Hi, I am intrigued by your comments in several battle reports of the "arrow umbrella" being wielded due to the presence of the IC. I can see how the IC improves the cohesion testing, but I must be missing the FOG rules which reduce the casualties. Can you elaborate on this point for me? Thanks
Peter

Hi Peter Its only the cohesion test modifier Im meaning – failing death tests for shooting is very rare anways I find, so the extra +1 (or maybe +2 given how wide his command zone is) on cohesion tests the IC provides is often material in helping units pass the tests caused by shooting. Having a good general making your men more bullet proof is an amusing concept too :-) |
