I have a flag from the Victrix guys that is on a sheet of clear plastic, and appears to have a backing paper, and when you look at the picture it is reversed. how should I apply this? Is it a soak job, or peel. This is not from their current flag sheets, but one that came with a norder for the box sets |

I think rub-on. Makes sense for a paper flag over waterslide |
