Just to let people know that I ordered, and paid for, a copy of their disc, called "Hard Pounding", towards the beginning of June. The manufacturers, eventually answered my emails and apologised for the delay. They explained that I would soon receive the disc. In early July they said that they were haviong some difficulties, but would get the disc to me ASAP. Since then I've heard nothing. I've not received the disc, nor have they replied to my repeated emails.
The owners are:
David Millward and Simon Norburn.
Just to let others know of my concerns about this company.

10 years ago I bought these and could get no response to queries about problems I was having – never played them

Every time we used them they crashed so I'd look at better computer rules out there.

For example:

I knew Simon and Dave and they were/are a bit eratic. Write and demand your money back then buy elsewhere.

That's what I intend doing, I just wanted to alert others to my difficulties.
Thanks for the advice.

Try the I've contacted trading standards, and can I have my money back in the same way paid.

Good luck

As an alternative, consider the Carnage & Glory rules series from Nigel Marsh.

I bought them about a month ago. They were delivered very quickly and Nigel was very responsive to emails with questions about the rules. He also hasa Yahoogroup at which he answers questions frequently.

The rules run fine on a Windows Vista machine.

Here's another vote for Carnage and Glory…been using them for over 10 years without any problems.

I have been using the Computer Strategies range for many years and find them great. The customer service is fantastic. The link is
