Does anybody know of a source for 1/72 seated WWI pilots?

Get a few ex-Matchbox Revell plane kits (the Supermarine Walrus is a good one as it has three crew) then remove the pilot figures. They don't have parachutes and look very much like WW1 pilots.

You can then stick the kit on ebay with a rider stating that the pilot figures are missing (most modellers don't want figures anyway).

Yeah, I find that so odd. There are a lot of kits out there without pilot figures which freaks me out, having grown up with Airfix and other Airplan models that always came with a pilot.

Airplane modelers go to town with detailing the cockpit so understandably they don't want a pilot to obscure all that work.

Has anyone tried fitting the Dark Dreams figure into 1/72 biplane?. The figures look rather bulky on PSR and I worry that they may not fit without major surgery.

Cheers, Richard
