I got today my Cesarean Romans from Wargames Factory. They came in only 4 days, and had two sprues of Germans inside the box as well. Great!! With Respect Konstantinos Travlos |

I just received mine
okay, only ordered 3 boxes
but wow, 144 Romans
so many figures, so little time. Well, when I am finished some other projects, I am going to test my speed painting and knock them out! Thanks for the great deal and wonderful service and my German targets as well! |

Glued the first 10 legionaries (1st of 4 Basic Impetus Bases). The models are made from a good plastic material, but as has been said lose some sharpness of detail. The parts need superglue to work, as PVA glue will not work. It took me about 20-30 minutes to glue 10 legionaries. Necks of heads are too big IMHO and need trimming. Still the end result looks good. The Germans being the result of newer techniques are superior to the Romans quality wise. But still as I said the results with the Romans look good. |

Hi KTravlos – you should definitely use polystyrene glue (the kind used on model kits) for these. Superglue takes an infinite amount of time to set – and the plastic glue actually fuses the parts together to give you a stronger fit. If you purchase a brand with a brush applicator, you can also brush over seams too! Thanks again! Tony Tony Reidy Wargames Factory wargamesfactory.com |
