Latest issue is on Quatre Bras and is supported by a free board game (hexes.) The parts are loose, the map folds out into a single sheet 4 panels in size, so it is A2 sized, heavy paper, nice sheen excellent graphics. Counter sheets need gluing onto card and then cutting. there are two very nice quick reference cards. You have to download the rules from a website (15MB PDF) If you are used to DTP type games, then this is at the high quality end. If you don't like making your own counters up, then whatever is said, the game is not for you …. your loss really ! Contents look good. I think this is the best kind of freebie a mag can give and is a much better proposition than the single painted 15mm figure that has been offered previously. |
