I'm with you Shipka, There are actually several sources that can supply the Central Asian regulars. Mine are a mix of Foundry Afghans, selected Foundry Indians, selected Cannon Fodder Madists and selected arabs from a few other ranges. What I am having trouble putting together is the irregular blokes and as the average Central Asian army was usually about 80% irregular it is a pain. Mounted there is Askari Turcomen, which are great but they only have two poses. Covering a table with these blokes makes the irregulars look, well more unifrom than the regulars. I've added some Old Glory and Cobblestone Mongols and I may get a bunch of Old Glory light Persians to help mix the herd up a bit. That said I would be really keen to see some 28mm irregular jigits both foot and mounted wearing khalats & chambars with turban or furry hats. I've been holding my breath hopeing that Askari might expand their range. If you do go Eureka 150 club, I'll put my hand up for 30 or 40. When it comes to irregular troops you can't hace too few.
