Does anyone have any information about how Caproni Bomber formations were configured?

Did they use some variant of a 'step down' formation like used with the French Breguets?

If a 'step down' formation was used, would the flight leader be high or low?

Hi

I am unclear of any vic bigger than 3 planes, but yes, they used the standard step down vic. The issue was following the hand signals of the commander, universal to the period.
