If these were done by the same artist, he eat and drank well in 1749. It would be interesting to read what these officers were doing eight years later. The detailing of the uniform is fascinating, especially the horse of Hannover on the gorget. Cheers, Robert 18thcenturysojourn.blogspot.com |
