Dear All
I have just received the Revell 1/72 kit of the MIG-3 (kit 04372)
I have managed to find most of the Vallejo equivalents of the suggested Revell colours but I'm stuck on two
Hellblau, matt 49 (matt light blue) &
Schilfgrun, seidenmatt 362 (greyish green silky matt)
The light blue is for the under surfaces & the grey/green is for the cockpit interior (so neither is a "life or death situation"
But if anyone can suggest the "correct" colours that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help and assistance

Dear Angelbarracks
Thanks for the link – unfortunately I seem to be a tad dim on using it
I could not see a reference to Revell paints
How do I input the Revell code to get the link to find me the Vallejo colour I need to use?
Sorry to be a pain
Thanks

Hi
Just tried here: paint4models.com but neither Revell 49 or 362 are shown (at least I couldn't spot them in the brief look that I had!)

Regards

According to sites below, Sky blue 67/961, should be colour for the undersides.

Angelbarracks – thanks for the site – it's very good for searching GW / Vallejo colours – so I'm going to save that one for when I get sidetracked into the fantasy again
Fozman – thanks for that one – I think it confirms Slugbalancer's choice of colours (it lists FS35466 as Sky Blue whilst the other sites suggest the FS number should be 25466 – so I'm going to guess it's a mistype)
Slugbalancer – thanks for your help – I'll give those ones a try – now all I have to do is find where I tidied the paints away to!
Again – thank you all for your help

15466, 25466 & 35466 are the same colour just different finishes.
1xxxx = Gloss
2xxxx = Semi-gloss
3xxxx = Matt

Check out the FS website
