I have a long-standing project involving a campaign between two mythical states in 18th century India. I have had no problem finding plenty of suitable figures but nobody seems to make any flags. Can anyone suggest any source. I want to avoid European type flags if possible. Andrew |

Making your own flags would not be that hard. Rectangle or triangle shaped with a variety of animal motiefs, stars, cresencts, swords and suns. These are examples I made for my SYW Austrians: picture Perhaps you might be inspired by the Persian-Islamic series at DBA Fanaticus: link And Warflag.com would have Arab flags for your mercenaries serving the local Rajah. link A search for Hindu and Sikh art using Google pictures will pull up a lot of useful colour schemes. cheers, Robert 18thcenturysojourn.blogspot.com |

Thank you very much, the DBA Fanaticus site has some I can use. |
