Big john.. Old Glory is rumored to come out with 28mm this year but I haven't seen it. All there is in 28mm is Foundry; this is what i use and they are wonderful but expensive. If you live in the USA I could sell you some; I have a lot left over. Minifigs and others have them in 15mm and Eureka have their 18mm troops. There are 10mm and some others all of which you can find at the Crimean Wargame Yahoo site. Welcome. link |

I have heard rumours that a new range of Crimean figs are coming out
but perhaps these are just wishful rumours

PS the Britannia CW figs are really bad
they look more like cartoon characters. The Twins Foundry range is pretty good but very standardized in terms of poses
Variety is the spice of life, so more variants are definitely needed. |

Looking forward to seeing the GW range if there existing figures are anything to go by, then the new crimean range should be excellent. I do have some brittania cavalry which as mentioned do have very large heads and busbies, however when painted up and grouped together they do look rather good. I did dabble with the 18mm eureka range but my eyesight wouldnt cope with anything smaller than 28mm. Now a 40mm range of crimean would be something special. |

Our new company Radetzky Miniatures will be releasing the first of it's Crimean war range very shortly. They are 28mm and have been sculptured by the very talented Paul Hicks. |
