I am looking for rulesets that cover the WSS, particularly in 28mm. What sets are out there? Thanks, Randy |

Age of Reason remains one of the better sets. |

BLB is the way to go. Our group has played several games already and will be playing another BIG game this Tuesday. I bought my copy from OMM or if your in the UK go to: link |

BLB information can be obtained from the League of Augsburgh site. It seem sa good game for 15 or 28mm. If you are on a budget the "Wargamers introduction to the age of Marlborough" can be had for $3.00 USD from OMM and is actually a nice little set of rules. Basic Baroque (free from the makers of Impetus) also covers WSS |

GaPa is also a ruleset to consider for playing WSS. It has some very interesting features. |

I have Ga Pa and the Wargamers Guide to the Age of marlborough, both of which have their strengths--"Age" is a fast playing set that is made for large battles but differentiates between platoon and rank firing nicely, for example. Ga Pa gets a bit more complex in details. I have never played or seen Lily Banners. Is there someone who has played both Lily and Ga Pa for comparison? |

If I may ask, what set is "GaPa" ? Thanks |

Ga Pa is a set of rules from Sweden that covers the period of Marlborough and Charles XII. They have a site here with rules and uniform books for the Great Northern War: link |

Beneath the Lily Banners is the rule set we play at our club easy to master and fast to play. |
