Anybody have any dealings with this company recently? I placed an order with them on August 16th and have heard nothing since.I have tried contacting them via e-mail and telephone with no success. Any insight greatly appreciated Jim |

I've placed a couple of orders in the last 6 months. They have both arrived after about 3-4 weeks. Both orders were placed via the website and I was just at the point of contacting them when the orders arrived both times. In fairness they did have a notice on the website saying they were having a few problems. I think you will have a few weeks to wait yet, but the order will arrive in my experience. |

I recently ordered from them, and waited 12 days before they even filled the order and mailed it. I still haven't received it (4 weeks later). |

Thanks for the information guys and Dropship for that link I must have missed it when I had an earlier look for previous posts. As you say it is a pity as I really like their figures. Nonetheless it looks like their personal circumstances are extremely difficult so I certainly wont add further to their woes. Having said that they will find it very difficult to hold on to their customers given the prompt service from many of their competitors. |
