I got 14 miniatures some time ago. I was told they are 7 year war prussian musketeers, and they certainly look the part (I am no expert). However, instead of the traditional tricornes they have bicornes. The look like Perry sculpts. Any idea waht these could be? I would have taken pictures, but my camera is not working. Any help will be appreciated. |

Could you provide a little more description of the figures and the kit that they have so that we can help you? |

If they are bicornes then they are probably French Revolution or early Napoleonic figures. Jim |

They could be pre-1806(?) era Prussians, but SYW Prussian Musketeers would have tricorns (not bicornes). Sounds like you have a start of an Army for sure! 8>) Best Tom Dye GFI |

Foundry had/has French Revolution Prussians in the true bicorne. Are they 25s and not 28s? And I just checked the Foundry site, but the only FR they have listed are the French revolutionaries and "mob". Maybe the Prussian (and casquet-wearing Austrians?) molds have been mothballed but not the revs? |
