Some from our first Battle of Britain air game in 1/300 using my new Hotz mat. There are some new 15 mm WWII pics and some new fantasy pics. None of us could get a good close up of the planes without them looking washed out.It's something we have to work on. Here's the link link |

What are you using for aircraft stands? |

3/16' dowels with washers and nuts for bases. CY6 has six altitude levels in a combat band so I make 6 different lengths and swap them as altitudes change. There is a small nail head in each dowel. I put a 3/16 x 1/32 rare earth magnet in each plane. I bought 100 from this company kjmagnetics.com for less than $15.00 USD US. Were still working on basing and my try something else. I may try one of the other methods talked about here on TMP. |
