I see Front Rank have released their French limber teams. Look rather splendid! frontrank.com They also have a gallery up again and I have managed to get a couple of my pieces in there
..but they have attributed them to someone else!! Never mind, at least I know they are on there :-) hussarbob1746.webs.com |

Awesome looking limber team and great paint job and terrain work. I was scrolling through the pix and did not realize that Front Rank made French in bicorns for the pre-1807 period. That is good to know. How about some limber riders in bicorns as well? |

Oops, they do have the drivers in bicorns. Cowabunga!!!!!!! |

They look great – must get some for my Sharp Practice games. Also I hope Alec will now move onto Royal Horse Artillery crew for his British limbers. Paul |

Austrian and Russian trains would be nice too. Those poor Austrians are always neglected by figure manufacturers. |

Bob: I spent some time looking at your web page. You are an awesome painter. I tip my tricorn to you. Is that a Front Rank Eugene de Beauharnais that you painted? |

@ DAF – The officer in the chasseur a cheval uniform? It is Front Rank Lefebreves-Desnouettes from their French generals range. I'm going to do another at some point with a trumpeter from the regiment at some point. hussarbob1746.webs.com |

I can only echo DAF. Your gallery is stunning. My only critiques would be I want more and larger pictures and I want the figures after you have photographed them! |

Anyone sell decent caissons or other kit that I can match with the horses and riders? Have the Old Glory kit but they only come as packs. |

Well, I took the plunge today and ordered 8 of the pre-1807 French limbers today. I probably won't paint them for a few months, but I thought that I had better make the purchase before the US Dollar weakens further. |

Ga! Wait for ages for new 28mm caissons to be released and now both Perry and Front Rank announce they are doing them. Waits with baited breath for any other countries than Brit and French. |

Sash and Saber now have French caissons and limbers in 28mm also. It is the golden age of French artillery gear! |
