I just read the latest "Penny Arcade" webcomic strip and it uses the phrase "jack dice," in the sentence, "He claims that he did save but you called "Jack Dice."

My pitiful Google skills have turned up nothing relevant. Can anyone tell me what the term means?

Cocked. Wonkerjawed. Tilted. Not flat.

Just guessing.

Some people are picky about how the dice fall.

We called them "cockers" but it's the same thing…

I tend to call them a word synonymous with 'cock'.

Thanks for the answers. I am somewhat relieved to find that it is not another kind of dice that I would "just have to have."

And this one had me stumped as well
