I've spent much of the summer pretty busy with family, vacation, etc., but have managed a few things for the blog:

* a fantasy/middle ages style ranch house (built for a friend)
* a small dungeon map for D&D or other fantasy RPG's
* lots of rambling about my D&D campaign

That last point brings me to another announcement. I know a lot of people here at TMP aren't that interested in RPG's. I also know that a lot of people just go to the site to look at photos of what I've built or painted, and aren't that interested in reading my lengthy wanderings on different issues. For those people, I've started a companion photoblog called "Strange Living." I had the name reserved at Wordpress but never used it until now. Basically it has the same content at Strange Vistas, but only the photographs. It's in a photoblog layout, so you'll need to just click through the entries or go to the gallery. For some reason I like the photoblog option--it just seems more productive and less navel-gazing. Anyways, here's the link:

Thanks for looking, and comments always welcome.

Nice site Witterquick, and I don't mind the RPG posts.
