Since we have a topic about who makes the best 15mm Samurai figures,i thought about who makes the worst 15mm Samurai figures. For myself it's Lancashire(not sure of the spelling)but i really don't like these figures, they sort of remind me of the early Old Glory figures. The figures are'nt very well detailed and the Sashimonos which are attached to the figures are very fragile. As a runner up Naismith 15mm Samurai i can take em or leave em,some of the figures are okay but others are so-so. And i say this eventhough a fair portion of my 15mm Samurai Army is Naismith, but i aquired these from a friend so i can't look a gift horse in the mouth. So what say you? Captain Gideon |

I wound up with some Lancashire Samurai; not sure where they've gone! Nevertheless, Lancashire does some things that are simply cracking, like their New Kingdom Egyptian archer: simply none better out there! I wish they weren't all over the place on quality. Allen |

I have sold several companies of 15mm Samurai. I have stocked Old Glory, Two Dragon, Minifig, Naismith back in the 1980s, Falcon UK/Quartermaster, Essex and even Lancastshire. I never was a fan of the Naismith but some folks liked them. the quality issue with lancstshire was a real issue. The large bargain bags would have a very large under of broken banners. Detail has already been mentioned. The problem with Falcon UK was that though great and clean castings, the number of available castings were VERY limited. |

I have Tin Soldier 15mm Samurai. Painted and I love em'! *ahem* They'll be for sale in the near future since the burser's office at university won't take them in lieu of cash. . . . |
