I've just received some GWM early war Belgians. They are very nice (leather gaiters, linneman, entrenching tool, the mauser, the marmite (for a belgian food is important!!)on the backpack) But why did the sculptors put the tentrol on the backpack ???? This was (Boris Mollo to the contrary) not used in 1914. What a pity from one of the better manufacturers around. |

Is 'tentrol' mosquito ointment, or should that be 'tent-roll'? |

IT'S NOT A TENT SECTION, IT'S A BED ROLL!!! We will be making versions without packs to keep everyone happy. |

I had a look but I couldn't find them. I know Brigade do Belgians but I haven't found any by Great War. |

Just got two packs of the infantry in shakos and love them
fantastic models with plenty of character and the "bedroll" doesn't bother me at all. Now if we can get news on some officers/NCOs and that minerva! Looking forward to more 1914 models from GWM. Rob |

Just for information: The
.roll was left because it impeded access to the spare ammunition holders which were attached to both sides of the backpack |
